NOTE:
If you wish to pay by check, the check needs to
be cleared first before we deliver the product to the
recipient. We don’t accept Cash On Delivery (COD). Due
to some fraudulent transactions, our verification
department might request a copy of a valid ID (State ID
or Driver’s License) in using credit cards

Order Processing
All paid orders placed before 1:00 PM (Manila Time) from
Mondays to Fridays will be processed (retrieved from
warehouse or supplier) on the same day while orders
after these times are processed on the next business
day. Processing and delivery of all item retrieved on
Weekends and Holidays will be attended to the next
working day.
Deliveries are scheduled
two (2) to five (5) working
days from the date processed. However, for customized
orders like for furniture, deliveries are scheduled
thirty (30) to forty five (45) working days depending on
volume.
For both international
and local order, merchandise will be reserved within two (2) days from date of confirmation
of order. Online
minimum purchase PhP 5,000.00.
ePINOYHOMEDEPOT.COM products can be delivered
door-to-door NATIONWIDE. FREE Delivery for transaction
PhP 50,000.00 and above within Metro Manila. Delivery
charge is Php 500.00 per transaction regardless of the
number of items ordered except for construction
materials and furniture (Metro Manila area only). |
Product Availability
Due to unexpected shortage or manufacturer’s out of
stock conditions due to raw material shortages,
unexpected inventory demands, bad weather etc.,
ePINOYHOMEDEPOT.COM will notify you by email within

hours if and when the item will be available or is
out-of-stock as the case may be. ePINOYHOMEDEPOT.COM
cannot predict when such problems will occur, and we
apologize for any convenience you may encounter. |
Delivery
ePINOYHOMEDEPOT.COM products can be delivered
door-to-door within Metro Manila. FREE Delivery for
transaction PhP 50,000.00 and above. Delivery fee charge
is Php 500.00 per transaction regardless of the number
of items ordered except for construction materials and
furniture. We will notify you before we process your
transaction for your approval. Full payment including
delivery fee for the product ordered must be made and
cleared to confirm placement order. We carefully choose
the delivery service that is best to ensure that the
product is delivered in premium condition to your
recipient. If no one can accept the product, a second
delivery with extra charge will be applicable.
However, there are instances when items ordered and
processed may not be successfully delivered to your
intended recipient. In such cases ePINOY HOME DEPOT.COM
is not liable for delay or non-delivery of your orders
and does not entitle you to refund and/or product
replacement. Such instances like:
1. Incorrect Recipient Address
2. Refused To Accept” by Recipient
3. House is Closed
Furthermore, ePINOYHOMEDEPOT.COM shall not be liable for
any loss, delay, non delivery or misdelivery of your
orders due to any of the following:
1. Act of God or force majeure including but not limited
to strike, war, rebellion, civil commotion,
natural disaster or calamity, bad weather condition, acts of public
enemies.
2. Act, omission, fault of shipper, its agent, third
party claiming interest in the shipment and
government agencies with actual or apparent authorities.
3. Nature of the delivery or other characteristic,
defect or inherent vice thereof.
We deliver Mondays
to Saturdays excluding Sundays & holidays. Delivery
hours are from 10 AM to 7 PM depending on route
schedule. We can
guarantee the date of delivery but not the time of
delivery. However, requests for specific delivery times
are accommodated on a best efforts basis only. |
Other Charges
The customer will shoulder
the subdivision charges by the neighborhood association.
