Return Policy
Merchandise must be returned within seven (7) days in unused, like-new, 100% saleable condition and in original manufacturers packaging. A copy of the original customer receipt must accompany all returns.

To return your product please an send email to customersupport@epinoyhomedepot.com within 48 hours upon receipt. Please specify your name and order number with a brief description of the need for the return. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost. No returns will be accepted without a confirmation e-mail and no refund will be given without prior authorization of return.

Furnitures & Appliances
If there are damages or factory defect upon delivery, kindly not accept the product. In case the product is accepted no refunds can be made but we will have the manufacturer fix the item the soonest possible time or have the product replace.

Gift Cards
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, check or credit.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
If you have placed an order that you wish to cancel, please contact our Support Group at +632 701-2868 or +632 381-8481 or email customersupport@epinoyhomedepot.com before delivery date. However, any changes you make may affect the estimated delivery date for your order.

Refunds
- If the order is cancelled 48 hours before the delivery date, client will get a refund of the full amount
  including delivery charge.
- If the order is cancelled by the client 24 hours before delivery date, client will get refund of 50% of
  the total amount
- If the order is cancelled by the client after the products has been delivered, no refund will be made

Damaged and/or Defective Items
We make sure that the product is 100% new and in good order and condition before we deliver. We require your recipient to thoroughly inspect the product before he/she receives it.

If upon inspection the recipient finds that the product has defects or is not in good order and condition, then DO NOT ACCEPT the item and return it to ePINOYHOMEDEPOT.COM for immediate refund and or replacement.

For Appliances & Electronics, if the item has a damaged or defective part, we recommend that for a faster response, please contact the service center of the manufacturer or distributor, Contact numbers of the manufacturer are usually listed in the product manual that came with the item. Product must be in its original delivery condition. However, if you have problem identifying the manufacturer, please call +632 701-2868 or e-mail us at customersupport@epinoyhomedepot.com


Other Guidelines

Delivery fees are non re-fundable. ePINOYHOMEDEPOT.COM may charge administrative, and bank cable charges depending on return circumstances.

ePINOYHOMEDEPOT.COM is a retailer and not a manufacturer of products sold in its site. Liability of ePINOY HOME DEPOT.COM arising from the sale of any product from its site shall be limited to the price of the products ordered.

ePINOYHOMEDEPOT.COM reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of merchandise at any time and for any reason.
